This offering includes Inhalation: A technique which involves aromatherapy, where certain scents or essential oils are used to encourage relaxation, alleviate stress, or improve your mood.
Hands-on manipulation & Energy work: This refers to bodywork healing such as Massage, or Reiki, where touch is used to manipulate the body's musculoskeletal system or energy fields.
Head healing techniques: This encompass's various practices aimed at promoting mind, clarity & reducing tension. It includes scalp massage or friciton.

Reiki: Involves the channeling of universal life force energy to promote relaxation, balance, and healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Energetic work within your body & around your aura: I will work not only on the physical body, but also on the subtle energy fields surrounding it, known as the aura, to clear blockages and restore harmony.
Sound: The use of sound, such as soothing music or specific tones from my singing bowl, can enhance the relaxation and healing process, promoting a deeper state of calmness and receptivity.
Aura cleansing: This involves the removal of any stagnant or disruptive energy from the aura (the energy field surrounding our body), which can help to restore balance and vitality.
Third eye opening: This refers to the activation or stimulation of the third eye chakra, which is believed to enhance intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness.

This session aims to provide clients with a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience, allowing them to release stress, tension, and energetic blockages, and enhances a sense of inner peace and well-being. Relaxation at its best.
Shamanic Style Healing: Involves me connecting with the spiritual realm to facilitate healing and restoration. This approach may include rituals & ceremonies to access guidance and support from spiritual allies and ancestors.
Synergy of Energy work & Hands-on Massage manipulation: Combining energy work with massage manipulation means that I will not only work on the physical body but also address energetic imbalances and blockages to promote overall well-being and vitality.
Tools of the trade: Refer's to various instruments or techniques used during the session to enhance the healing process. These may include:
Sound: Using sound vibrations, such as my singing bowls, Rain Stick, Palm Rattles & Crystal Claw Rattle to induce relaxation, balance energy, and facilitate healing.
Smoke: The burning of sacred herbs, such as Sage, Palo Santo, or Grandmothers Sage, to purify the space and the individual's energy field, clearing away negative energies and promoting spiritual clarity.
Aura cleansing: Removing stagnant or disruptive energy from the aura, for energetic balance and harmony.
Third eye opening: Stimulating the Third Eye Chakra to enhance Intuition, Insight, and Spiritual awareness.

I have studied & been traditionally initiated with 3 Degrees of the Celtic Reiki System Of Natural Healing since 2012.
I furthered my studies & have been traditionally initiated with 3 Degrees of the more commonly known Usui Reiki System Of Natural Healing since 2015.
